Shawnee Smith, born July 3, 1970, at a height of 5'3, is a popular American musician and actor. Smith may be best known for her role as Amanda Young, in the Saw film series and Linda Becker in CBS's sitcom Becker. Smith was a founding member of Fydolla's H the heavy metal group that toured all of the United States as well as the United Kingdom. Smith also formed Smith & Pyle together with Missi Pyle, to create a desert country rock band. Shawnee Smith's parents are Jim Smith and Patricia Smith. Jim Smith was an former pilot in the US Air Force, a an oncology physician and financial planner. After moving from South Carolina, her family moved to Van Nuys California. Her mother was married for 8 years following her divorce. She was a student at Ranchito Avenue Primary School in Panorama City Los Angeles as in addition to Madison Jr. High, in North Hollywood. Later, she went to North Hollywood High School in North Hollywood California and graduated in 1987.
